No one should fear participating in a QHHT session because they think they will fall asleep. In this session the client became extremely relaxed in the session and fell asleep multiple times. By raising my voice and calling out her name she awoke each time to continue the session. The fact is some clients do express a fear they may fall asleep in a session. If they do, I know everyone enters the theta hypnotic state both before they fall asleep and as they wake up from their sleep. As a client starts to come out of their sleep, I take advantage of the fact that they will pass through the theta state and I work with them to hold them in that state and continue the session.
Once this client’s subconscious (SC) was engaged she had a unique regression experience. Instead of experiencing just 2-5 scenes of a past life, current life or a few scenes from her imagination, this client was presented with a kaleidoscope of dozens of scenes merging from one scene into the next. Each time I asked a question about each new scene, she would tell me the scene disappeared and a new one was presented to her.
What made this regression experience so wonderful & useful for the client was that she provided a great amount of detail of the scenes she was seeing and the feelings she was experiencing as she viewed and explained each scene. In the future, every time she listens to the session recording she will have lots of information to explore and examine. After the session I referred her to the resource tab on my web-site. Listed on this tab are several websites which can help interpret the scenes, colors and symbols she saw in her regression (Link to Dream Websites: https://starlightreflection.com/resources/ ).
There were so many scenes and so much information presented to the client by the (SC) it is really up to the client to interpret all this wonderful information and the meaning it has for her current life. I am listing some of the visualization her (SC) provided her for your review and your interpretation:
- Organizing orange curlers
- Laying on her back next to a lake looking up in the sky and seeing multi-colored metallic balloons and asteroids
- Silver balloon in the shape of a star ship
- The 7- Sword Tarot card
- People training for military exercises next to stone walls
- A man’s large hand with a tattoo with his finger going into a glove
- An instruction manual with a blue mosaic design hanging on a wall
- An animated ocean with a family emerging looking idyllic and then turning into a static advertisement picture, with seagulls flying over and square cubes rolling into shore
- Chinese playing cards
- Olivier Newton John
- A black disc spinning – like a record album with the words <Cancel><Stop>
- Red owl and an paycheck envelop
- A past partner with a travel case & confusion on canceling a plane ticket
- A hay ride
- Paying for a Papa John’s Pizza
- Cameo of a lady
- A beautiful green field with a seal having a human head
- A Spanish musical festival with a baby
For those who follow Dolores Cannon you know she felt there was a direct correlation between a person’s emotions and their physical body. In this case, the client had thyroid issues and teeth issues. When I started to ask the client’s (SC) the questions the client brought with her, the client started to experience what I interpreted as a body scan. The client advised she felt something in or near her heart. She also had a feeling on the top of her sternum. It was a feeling as if there was some type of shifting going on inside of her. She also sensed a red energy to her left side as she began to see herself entering her heart and walking through a long hallway. She then visualized purple, glowing, bouncing and energetic balls popping and entering her throat area and filling it to a point of almost choking.
The client had a question about her relationship with her dad who did love her, but due to his career responsibilities was often not home and unavailable to her. The (SC) presented the client with two barren trees on a hill in the middle of a snow storm. The branches on each tree stretched out and tried to reach each other and as the scene continued the energy within the scene slowly moved away leaving a cold and barren scene.
The scene then changes where the client is on one side of a window and her dad is on the other side of the window somewhat obscured by white chalk designs. As she looks closer, she sees the figure of her dad transform into a mannequin – visible to her but unable to communicate. As the scene circles around she sees her father in a garden as she remembers him shortly before he died. She hesitates to look at him fearing he will look at her with hallow eyes. As she looks up she sees something red floating around him.
As her dad begins to look up he reaches out to hold her and as she looks over at him she sees a picture from a time where his eyes were open, relaxed and gentle. A feeling of comfort comes over her as she remembers a day when she was 5 years old and sitting with her father in a car. This was a day when she was alone with him feeling special and warm. Though surrounded by people her (SC) described it as a time she was feeling proud, special and having clarity of mind and ambition.
The client also wanted to explore the relationship she has with her mom. When the question was posed to her (SC) it explained how a pit in her heart was opened up by a black 5-pointed star pendant (To see or wear a pendant represents your relationships and the desires for unconditional love). Nothing was ever direct in the relationship. Feeling unsafe was the norm since words were often used as weapons which when said hurt deeply.
The SC presented the client with a vision of walking through a fun house of mirrors. Looking into each mirror she saw a distorted vision of herself. Each mirror represented a person in her life mocking her, or teasing her or in some way oppressing her ideas. The SC advised she needed to stop accepting other people’s perception of who she is. She has to give herself permission to be who she wants to be and learn to set boundaries on how other people’s opinions affects her. She must look within to truly see who she is and not use other people’s distorted view to define who she is.
The SC had provided the client with a vision of a Syrian warrior. While the warrior was not liked by some people, he followed his own path and his own sense of purpose and integrity. The client would be served by defining her own path, purpose and living a life that she chooses independent of other people’s opinions. Being transparent with people on her needs is important – some may not like it – but then she will spend less energy on people that don’t serve her well.
The SC was asked how the client can create a world where she can be who she needs to be. She was advised she is at her best when she is with people on the same spiritual level. She thrives in a community or tribe where individual contributions are encouraged and appreciated. She will find herself thriving by being with people who will respond to her based on who she is now and not on how they want her to become. Once she is able to define her own self she can be a model of self-confidence and self-determination for other women.
