I attended a QHHT hypnosis session looking to enhance my conscious contact with my sub-conscious so that I can better align myself to the path of my higher self and to try to minimize, if I cannot eliminate, the repetitive and self-defeating actions I take. I was just a little nervous about how it would be and what I might gain from the session, but I was not overly concerned about it. I had one previous session with another practitioner so I was familiar with the process. I don’t know if I learned anything new about hypnosis but I was reminded that it is a very relaxing experience and nothing to be concerned about. Take the time to plan your thoughts and questions; trust your guides, including Tim; and let yourself relax to gain maximum benefit. It is a very quiet, semi-asleep state, where I was able to float in and out of watching my mind and connecting with Tim’s guidance. Tim is very re-assuring and comforting. I think Tim is at peace with himself and this brings a level of confidence to his practice that made me feel I was in safe hands. Tim brings good spirit and warmth to the session so that it is not off-putting. I would encourage others to try the experience, with a few pre-conceived ideas as possible. While it is important to set intentions and have questions ready for the session, don’t “think” about it as much and just float into it and let the session go where it will. The time spent with Tim in advance of the session helped me to focus intentions for my sub-conscious. I think any positive action I take for my health and well-being, including effort to be more mindful and aware of issues will ultimately be beneficial to my health.
