I participated in a QHHT session because there were and still are, many emotional issues in my life that I can't figure out, so I thought this could possibly help me. My concern being under total hypnosis was if I was going to remember anything or forget everything. I understand that hypnosis isn't necessarily for entertainment, like barking like a dog when you hear a whistle. It calms you and helps you figure out your thoughts. The best way to prepare for a session, I believe, is to go with an open mind and not with any preconceived notions. It was very relaxing but at the same time emotionally draining. Tim was very nice, calming, non-judgmental so I felt comfortable, and that made the session easier. All I can say is go in with an open mind. After listening to the session recording I was a little weirded out because I essentially heard myself almost talking in my sleep. It was basically a confirmation of things I already knew, but needed to hear out loud. It helped me embrace vulnerability, which after hearing some of the recording helped me understand that that's ok. I believe if I follow some of the things I said while under, and meditate, it'll be a less stressful life. I would say absolutely try it, if you are struggling with emotional issues or anything you cannot figure out, this may be the way to go.
