I attended a QHHT session a few years ago and found that it was a very healing experience. I am now experiencing depression that I’m finding hard to get past. I was hoping to make space to experience the healing and get some insight. While in the hypnosis state I felt like myself except I felt like I was vibrating and floating a bit. Also some of my movements felt involuntary, like head moving left to right. I liked that Tim took the time to explain everything very clearly. While initially listening to the recording after the session I felt drowsy as I was listening to it and decided not to continue listening. Tim was easy to talk to. He was friendly and open. He showed understanding. He was well prepared. He offered helpful insight. Talking to Tim actually helped me to see how I was giving space to thoughts and feelings that were not serving me. At the same time I also wanted to let my subconscious now that I am ready for change, which is the reason why I put my questions in the form of statements. I hope that my statements of intentions were received by my subconscious. I hope that the inflammation /arthritis in my body will subside and depression will ease. I would definitely encourage anyone thinking of attending a QHHT session to go for it. I would advise that they be clear about what they want to get out of it and to be open
