I wanted to attend a QHHT session to find out what message my higher self-had for me.  I thought hypnosis was a fake but by the way I felt I know it was real.  While in a hypnosis state I felt relaxed.  When working with Tim I just opened up to him like I knew him my whole life.  After the session I realized my runny nose condition had cleared, and the other things I have to work on.  Just knowing the source is in me freed up my concerns. Anyone planning to attend a session should just be honest with yourself and you will get what you need from yourself.
