By NYC Subway:

• Take the “Q” train to the Neck Road Station in Brooklyn, NY
• When exiting the subway station turn LEFT and walk to the corner (E16 Street)
• Turn RIGHT on E16 Street and walk one block to Avenue “W”
• Make a LEFT on Avenue W.
• Cross E17 Street and look for 1712 Ave “W” ( A tree is in front of the building)
• Note 1: When walking on Avenue “W” towards E17 Street you should be on the RIGHT side of Avenue “W”
• Note 2: Please check the MTA NYC Subway site for “Planned Service Changes” to check for any potential scheduling changes on the day of your appointment. Click on the link below and when you get to the MTA Info page click the yellow circle with the letter “Q” in it.

The following Brooklyn buses are closes to my home office

• B-49 (Ocean Ave)
• B-36 (Avenue Z)

By Car:

• From Manhattan
  • From the Belt Parkway
    • Take the Belt Parkway EAST
    • Get off Exit 8 “Coney Island” Avenue
    • Make the first RIGHT turn onto Guider Street
    • At the corner with the light make a LEFT turn onto Coney Island Avenue
    • Take Coney Island Avenue to Avenue “Y” and make a RIGHT turn
    • Take Avenue “Y” to E17 Street and make a LEFT turn
    • Take E17 Street to Avenue “W” and make a RIGHT turn
    • The building will be on the RIGHT side of the street
  • From Ocean Parkway
    • Take Ocean Parkway heading towards Coney Island
    • At Avenue “V” make a LEFT turn
    • Take Avenue “V” to E16 Street and make a RIGHT
    • Make a LEFT on Avenue “W”
    • Cross E17 Street and look for 1712 Avenue “W” ( A tree is in front of the building)
    • Note: When driving on Avenue “W” towards E17 Street the building will be on the RIGHT side of Avenue “W”

• From Long island
  • Take the Belt Parkway WEST
  • Get Off Exit 9 “Knapp” Street
  • Make a RIGHT turn at the light onto Knapp Street
  • Take Knapp Street to Avenue “W” and make a LEFT
  • Take Avenue “W” to the 1712 Ave W address
    • Drive on Avenue W for about 1 mile
    • The building will be on the LEFT (Between E17 Street & E18 Street)
