In this session, the client rediscovers his youthful passion for music as the solution to his lack of fulfillment and purpose. His subconscious gave him a hint of this during the regression portion of the session. However, his subconscious mind was impatient and wanted to address the client’s questions sooner than later. It cut-short the past life regression portion of the session and immediately started to discuss the questions the client brought to the session.
The client initially found himself alone in a room with blue walls with 2 paintings containing images of ocean waves moving quickly and intensely. Stones of varying sizes and shapes could be seen in the paintings. As he was observing this scene he heard music which he described as having a calming effect on him. A stone in one of the pictures started to transform into the shape of a tree which ended up on a blue desk next to a bed. As he looked into the room he found a picture on the wall with big tall trees and large Blue Mountains in the background.
The client found himself becoming immersed in the scene in the picture on the wall and began to observe people from the top of the mountain. He saw many busy people below. People went about their business feeling happy as they moved forward with purpose & intent to achieve. A feeling of warmth overcame the client as he observed people trying to finish the activities they are responsible for in order to make a living.
As he descended from the mountaintop, he found himself entering a hall where his dad is performing as a musician at a very elaborate wedding. People are eating, a photographer is taking pictures and women are dancing in one area and men are dancing in another area. As he starts to turn around, he finds himself entering another room that is empty but is another wedding hall. Here, he is the groom and walking in an empty hall just investigating everything inside the room. He is alone but feeling happy.
The client exits the wedding hall into a big comfortable bedroom and finds himself sitting in a chair in a meditative state. The intention of the meditation was to be CALM and to remove the CLUTTER that was in his brain. At this point, the subconscious mind interrupts the conversation without a formal invitation to speak and explains that the clutter in his brain prevents the client from taking action and from moving forward in his life. The client is advised once his purpose is understood he can move forward, achieve & find fulfillment and happiness.
The client was told music would bring him joy. His life’s mission is to be TRUTHFUL and REAL. By using music to communicate messages that are soulful and heartfelt he will help other people to be happy and entertained. He was reminded how his passion for music was realized between the ages of 17-20, but was ended when he started to focus all his energies into fitness. It was at this point he started to stop seeing a higher purpose in his life.
The subconscious explained how his focus on fitness helps him and the people he coaches to stay healthy. However, his singular focus on fitness has blocked his passion for music. To rediscover his passion for music he must re-direct his focus back to music again. Yet, the client has fears he is not ready to move in that direction. The subconscious suggested he take small steps. He could sing in the subway & small venues. The important first step is to GET STARTED.
When asked what is the best way to get started, the subconscious advised that the client was not getting enough sleep & was over-booking his time. Too many activities were cluttering his mind. He needs to start scheduling his activities, become organized and be consistent in the activities that will allow him to grow in his musical career, such as performing and calling new contacts. Otherwise, he will never find happiness & contentment. It was strongly recommended he schedule time for meditation which will help him to maintain discipline. He must also start to spend time with people that have similar aspirations and goals and go to places that match his interests. This will enhance his creativity. Spending less money on non-essentials would also provide the financial confidence that this transition can be done
When asked about the client’s ability to find a love partner, the subconscious advised he needs to address his broken relationship with his mother first. Once these existing issues are resolved a channel will be opened which will permit him to better connect with a future partner. He is working on doing this now, but was advised he is not spending enough time on this activity. His mother is self-centered, emotionally abusive and treats people in an extreme manner. When she aims her negative energy at him this causes him to feel hurt and alone. The subconscious advised that the client never realized he needed to address these problems directly with his mother. He needs to speak his truth or these issues will continue to exist. Once he does, he will have acknowledged the situation and will not need to continue learning this lesson. He may or may not get the result he is hoping for from his mother, but he will be able to move forward on his own path knowing he has the strength to continue speaking his own truth. .
The subconscious warned the client, if he does not address these issues, he will continue to be open to abuse and will continue to run away from HIS TRUTH in other areas of his life. He will continue to try too hard at the beginning of a relationship, constantly over talking and never being aware of the social clues people send in normal day to day activities. By becoming aware of another person’s energy level he can meet that person at that level and not continue to repeat his mother’s behavior of being self-centered.
The subconscious advised his feeling of a lack of control in his life came from his mother’s controlling behavior. This feeling sometimes leads to periods of procrastination and laziness. This lack of control and lack of love in turn clogs his ability to give and project love.
The subconscious advised that the client believes self-honesty and integrity is important in life. If he follows his passion, finds his purpose, and learns to PRIORITIZE the IMPORTANT activities in his life, he will live a life of truth and integrity. He must also seek balance on the amount of time he spends on joyful activities & things of beauty. A lack of balance between work activities and activities that would provide him a time of rest and spiritual insight is hampering his progress to move forward.
In closing, the subconscious advised the client to return to the warrior phase of his life at a time when he moved forward confidently and fearlessly. After the session when he listens to the session recording, he will know what he hears is his authentic self because the truth always sounds like the truth.
