I really did not have any concerns about being hypnotized. My sister told me about it and really liked her session with Tim. I've explored hypnosis in the past and thought I could learn new insights about myself to help move forward. Tim was excellent at explaining the process and is an insightful listener. He is very personable, and I can tell he really enjoys this work. I learned about the Theta stage of sleep and how I can use it to ask myself questions before I drift off and hope some answers will come through my subconscious. I've been trying this every night. My back was feeling tight in the beginning but got better as time went on. I was better on my side. It was an interesting process. I wasn't sure how much I trusted myself remembering things from the past. I felt like I was remembering more from family photos. Whenever I said "I don't know", Tim would say..."You DO know". That stuck with me. Maybe I needed to learn to trust my gut instincts more! I think as I learn to trust my instincts more, I'll be guided to make better decisions for myself. That should have a positive effect on my emotional health, thus my overall health. A person thinking about attending a session should go into it with an open mind and see what happens. You never know what messages you may need to hear!
