I was referred by an acquaintance after a conversation about feeling unsure
of some things in my life. I wanted to see if this session could help me
figure out some unanswered questions I had. My concerns were whether or not it would actually work and was also scared of finding out things about myself that I didn't want to know. I learned that it works best if you're relaxed and open to the experience. I felt as if I were awake and at rest at the same time. Tim explained everything thoroughly and answered any concerns and questions I had patiently. Without having listened to the tape, I can still say the session helped me answer my own questions. It was as if Tim just helped me speak to myself, in a way. I feel like I know what I'm doing wrong and what I should be doing for my health. I just need to stop procrastinating and do it. I would advise anyone else thinking of having a session to go in with an open mind and not be scared. Be honest with yourself and don't expect an outrageous outcome. It helps but it isn't a miracle or magic.
