I attended a QHHT session out of curiosity for my self-exploration. My only concern about attending was my ability to attain a level of relaxation. I found the experience to be very similar to guided meditation! Relaxing breathing is the key! It’s like sleeping and seeing dreams. After listening to the recording of the session all I can say is Wow… The session was perfectly timed for addressing my questions. The session was very much helpful in answering ways to enhance my health. Tim has very comforting energy. If you are thinking of having a session practice belly breathing and Tim’s guidance is there for you! Enjoy the journey!
