I wanted to explore reasons why I've had some ongoing health issues including neuropathy and carpal tunnel syndrome. I've never been hypnotized before so wasn't sure what to expect. I experienced what it means to let go during a hypnosis session and allow the subconscious mind to take over. It was like being asleep. I was surprised to hear things I don't recall saying, but found I gave good advice to myself about work ethics, working out, and eating healthier. I was given advice from the subconscious mind to be more proactive in life, and the advice was very realistic and actionable.
Under hypnosis, I gave clear points to follow about getting up earlier, cutting back on caffeine and sugar, and other helpful tips. Tim is very genuine and empathetic. He is an excellent hypnotherapist who understands the science of it and wants the best for those he works with. Truly enjoyed meeting Tim and having the QHHT. Trust your gut and that will let you know if it's right for you or not. I did and am glad I did the session.
